Jason King and Kaylan Fullerton started out as Chef and Server at another local Sushi spot working evenings so they could play outside all day. Their big dream to one day open their own restaurant was realized when King Sushi Jackson opened its doors in 2014. Nine years later Jason, Kaylan and their daughter, Ginny made their home in Teton Valley and opened a second location in Driggs, ID.

Crowned Best Chef in Jackson Hole in 2023, Kyle brings a creative flair to his sushi with an eye for perfection. His favorite dish to make is ceviche.
In 2023 Charlie helped open King Sushi in Driggs, delivering high-end sushi to Teton Valley. His favorite thing to create is the King Carpaccio and has developed a cult following for his homemade Ube ice cream, only available in Driggs.
